Golf Course Information

Today, as Brooklake Country Club, our course continues to evolve making this gem a champion ship golf facility.

Established in 1921, as Braidburn Country Club, the original layout was designed by renowned Golf Architect Herbert Strong.  In 1985, under new ownership, it was renamed Brooklake Country Club and the layout was redesigned under the expertise of Geoffrey Cornish. Mr. Cornish is widely regarded as one of the leading experts in golf course design. He has authored several books on golf course architecture and its history. Brooklake has hosted many well-known tournaments for such groups as United Cerebral Palsy, Susan G. Koman Play for Pink, The Valerie Fund and the Dope Open. Some of our celebrity members have also chosen Brooklake Country Club to host their charity events such as Joe Pesci's Celebrity Skins and the St. Joseph's School for the Blind Golf event sponsored by the late baseball legend Phil Rizzuto. Golfing is a way of life for our membership and having a golf course to match their tastes is central to our everyday work at BCC.
