Check-In Policy

If you are guest at Brooklake Country Club during regular business hours please check in at the main office. If you are meeting a member for golf or dining during non-business hours please proceed to that area and advise any of the staff at the pro shop or in the restaurant who your member host is for the day.


Dress Code

We maintain the rigidity of a private club but we also acknowledge the trend of the times toward more casual dining. Denim is allowed in the club and dining areas. No denim of any kind will be allowed on the golf course or any of the practice areas.

Dining room attire
Waterfords Dining: Thursday and Friday, Collared shirts, golf shorts, skirts or slacks. No sneakers. Saturday evening jackets are required for the gentlemen.

Terrace Grill: Collared shirts, golf shorts, skirts or slacks

The following attire is not permitted in the Clubhouse or on the golf course

  • Bathing suits
  • Swimsuit covers
  • Cut-offs
  • Frayed bottom shorts
  • Halters, tank tops or Tee shirts
  • Cargo shorts or pants

We request that everyone use the appropriate locker room for changing their attire. Changing footwear in the parking lot is forbidden.


Electronic Devices

The use of cell phones, lap tops and PDAs are permitted. Wi-Fi service is available in certain areas of the Club. Please ask one of the club employees for locations and assistance.


Tipping

Service charge is automatically added in all dining rooms and bar locations throughout the club. Additional tipping is not encouraged however is permissible should you feel that exemplary service was provided.


Smoking

Brooklake Country Club has a no-smoking policy throughout the clubhouse. Smoking however is allowed on the golf course and in designated areas outside the clubhouse.
